Right to unilaterally terminate the contract
A customer who is a consumer has the right, without stating a reason, to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days from the day the product was taken over by the customer or a person authorized by the customer.
To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the customer is obliged to inform Neez of their decision via email address info@neez.hr or by using the unilateral contract termination form before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The deadline for unilateral termination is considered respected if the notification was sent before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Exceptions to the right of unilateral contract termination
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right to unilaterally terminate the contract does not apply to products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly adapted to their personal needs.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- products with thread color selection,
- products with medallion selection,
- products with letter selection,
- products made according to the customer's special requirements,
- other personalized products.
Product return
The customer is obliged to return the product without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day they notified Neez of the contract termination.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Refund of paid funds
Neez will refund the paid funds after receiving the returned product or after the customer provides proof that they have sent the product back, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used at the time of purchase, unless the customer and Neez agree otherwise.
